Our Story

Redbird Security was founded in 2018, but our roots in insurance technology go back more than two decades.
 
Long before Redbird had a name, our founders were working alongside independent insurance agencies, learning the systems they depend on, the challenges their teams face, and the role technology plays in everything from quoting and servicing to renewals and client relationships.
 
That experience shaped what Redbird would eventually become.
Over the years, we learned that great technology alone isn’t enough. Agencies need the right people, strong processes, responsive support, and security that is built into their IT environment rather than added as an afterthought.
 

So we built Redbird
around those principles

Today, Redbird Security is a security-first IT partner focused on independent insurance agencies. Our team combines deep insurance technology experience with managed IT, cybersecurity, responsive support, and practical technology strategy, all designed around the way an agency actually operates.
